     You don’t seem to have updated a certain section of the site, why?

We do our best to keep the site updated as often as possible but, for some sections, we do rely heavily on user submission. Therefore, if we have had no submissions we will have no content to update the section with. Rest assured though, as soon as we have new content we will put it online for all to see.

     My bank account has been billed, was it you?

Richard's Realm is a completely free service and we will not bill you for using any part of the site.

     I have signed up to one of the sites you are linking to and am now having problems         cancelling my subscription, can you help?

Unfortunately we cannot take any action personally but we can offer some advice. If you find that the people that are running the site are unresponsive then it is best to contact your credit card company. They should be able to help you as it is in their best interest to look after your money.

     I have forgotten my username and password for the Chat rooms

     One of the links on the site does not go where it is supposed to or has loads of
         popups, how do I let you know?

     I love your site, where is the best place to leave a message saying so?

     I need help with the newsletter, where do I find it?

The best place to find information on my weekly newsletter is, surprisingly enough, the Newsletter Section of the Realm.

     I am an AOL member and I am having problems with movies or browsing.

We suggest you view our site by opening up an external Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox browser.

1. Stay logged into your AOL account and minimize the AOL window by clicking the button with a dash in the top right hand corner of your screen.
2. Then click on the start menu, which you will find in the bottom left hand corner of your computer screen.
3. Next find the "All Programs" menu and then look for the Internet Explorer Icon.
4. Open Internet Explorer and, in the address bar, put the address of our website www.richards-realm.com
