The Encounter by Sunrise

This is the first story of any kind that I have ever written. I have done so at
the request of a friend and I have tried to write it as a real experience. It's
supposed to reflect the intimacy shared between two people and what occurs as
they meet for the first time and make love for the first time. Hope you like
it. Enjoy. If it's not to your taste, at least you know.

"I'm bored", thinks Robin as she looks around her flat. She's got a great job
and has great friends but she knows that something is missing. A connection,
which is deep and she feels the need for it to be filled and be shared. But,
for once, she doesn't have the answer to this problem. 
She is usually Miss "Get up and go", but not tonight. She knows she feels a
loneliness of the heart. It's not just about romance and all that stuff. It's
making a deep connection with another person and being totally open and
vulnerable with them.
She decides to go down to the local Bar/Café to go and hang out with the guys.
"That might cheer me up a bit. At least I'll have a good time and some fun".
Smiling she gets ready and leaves with a spring in her step. The evening is
brisk and the sunset is beautiful and it is really moving just looking at
nature and how it can be so unpredictable and so beautiful.
She arrives at the bar and enters through the doors and waits for her eyes to
adjust to the dim lights. "It's even darker in here than it is outside" she
thinks and chuckles. Then she sees and recognises the women at one end of the
bar and approaches them. She says hello and orders drinks for everyone. Then
they decide to have a game of snooker. Robin knows that she's hopeless at
snooker but plays anyway for fun. "As much fun as losing can be", she thinks.
As she is coming to the end of her game, she feels like something is touching
her, but from the inside out. She quickly finishes her game and gets a drink
with this feeling increasing in intensity. From the bar she surveys the
establishment and finally espies a woman sitting by herself and looking
straight at her. Not staring or gazing but looking straight at her.
Robin approaches the table where this captivating woman is sitting and asks, "
Can I sit here with you?" The woman looks up and Robin almost faints looking
into this woman's eyes. "This is crazy", thinks Robin. "I don't know this
woman, I don't even know her name, but the way I feel I could go to the ends of
the earth for her!!!!" "Hi, My name's Robin", and stretches out her hand to
shake this elusive woman's hand. The woman replies, "Hi, mine's Kirsty", and
smiles at Robin's out stretched hand. Robin's head is spinning, as she is
totally enveloped in this Kirsty's voice. Kirsty takes Robin's hand and kisses
the palm. A small, tender kiss. They both look at each other and make eye
contact. It's like electricity can be seen passing between them. Kirsty is the
first to speak. " I feel like I've known you forever." Kirsty blushes when she
realises how corny that sounded and Robin smiles. "I'm totally taken by you and
that is amazing!! ", Robin said and her heart beating rapidly. 
They chatted like old friends and got to know each other. "I have never felt so
at one with anyone before", Robin says out of the blue. This time it's Robin's
turn to blush. "Why do I feel like a teenager on a date for the first time?"
she wonders and doesn't realise that Kirsty is wondering the same thing. They
burst out laughing at the same time and laugh even more when they realise that
they are both laughing about the same thing and never even said a word.
As Robin was sitting in the glow that has grown from the inside out, Kirsty
turns to her and says, " Let's go. This is torture!! I want to make love to
you!!" Robin is almost yanked out of her near trance and looks at Kirsty. Robin
can see Kirsty steeling herself for Robin's answer and realises that she has
put herself out on a limb. Robin hesitates for and instant and decides. " Come
on then." Robin says and takes Kirsty by the hand. Robin really doesn't know
anything about this woman and could be letting herself in for anything. But she
knows implicitly that Kirsty would do nothing to hurt her and Kirsty only said
what she, herself was thinking. "It's not about sex", thought Robin, " it's
about sharing the ultimate act of vulnerability with another and giving
yourself completely, soul, spirit, mind and heart to another."

They decided to go back to Robin's place as it was nearer and meant they walked
by the beach. They just held hands and walked. They talked a little but each
was lost in her own thoughts and her own private world. On getting to the flat
and entering Robin offered drinks to Kirsty and asked her, "Are you sure you
want to do this? I'll understand if you have second thoughts." Kirsty looked at
her and asked her, "Do you?" "No", Robin replied.
Kirsty cups Robin's face in her hands gazes into her eyes and then down to her
lips. Kirsty kisses Robin tenderly

Kirsty puts her arms around Robin and holds her close, their bodies warming
each other, as Kirsty breathes softly into Robin's ear. They dance to imaginary
music and start laughing again knowing that they are probably thinking the same
thing. "Wow, you are very romantic. I like that." says Robin to Kirsty, holding
her close." I really like affection, touching, hugging and touching", said
Kirsty. "Ditto", said Robin and they both say "Ghost" at the same time. Robin
looks into Kirsty's eyes and gets lost in them. "Are you for real? " Robin asks
aloud and Kirsty quips," I could ask you the same question!!! "Kirsty kisses
Robin's neck as her hands gently caress Robin's breast
"I could hug, caress and kiss you for hours", says Kirsty  "Me too." says
Robin. "It's the best thing about being with a woman I think, but I'll shut up.
Please continue!!!" says Robin, chuckling to herself. Kirsty gives her a
playful slap on the rump and draws her closer. Kirsty lips find Robin's ear
lobe and she gently nibbles. "Sorry, I'll shut up after this, do you have want
to stay here tonight? I'm spoiling the mood aren't I?" asks Robin. Kirsty
bursts out laughing and falls into Robin and they end up on the settee. " I
hope you are not always like, this ROMANTIC !!!" Kirsty smiles and falls more
for this woman whom she has only met tonight, whom she is ready to entrust her
life to and doesn't quite understand why.
They laugh for a while, hugging and caressing each other. Amazed how
comfortable and relaxed they feel with each other and how they feel so right
for one another. "Robin!!" Kirsty says in a stern voice, well trying anyway.
"Yes", Robin answers tentatively. "Behave yourself or rather put something in
your mouth, please love. Or your hands as the case may be! While Robin tries to
answer, Kirsty continues to caress her breast and kiss her neck lovingly. Robin
kisses Kirsty back. "You mean like you like have your hands full?, said Robin
between nibbles and kisses on Kirsty's lips. "Who's being distracted now? ",
Kirsty replies, smiling whilst kissing and caressing Robin.

Robin undresses. She undressed showing Kirsty all of her and when she is naked,

surrender and total giving and in some strange way she knows that Kirsty
understands that and feels it as much as she does. Kirsty reaches out for Robin
and pulls her close. Robin tug's at Kirsty's T-shirt trying to take it off.
Kirsty helps Robin to remove the T-shirt and jeans. Kirsty folds them neatly
and places her underwear on top, because she's a very neat and tidy person
Robin laughs. "In wild passion are you really going to remember your clothes.
Don't keep me waiting, Woman. Throw caution to the wind!!" Robin teases. Robin

"I'm not doing very well am I?" Kirsty replies, " You are really funny, I

and a smile on her face. Robin relaxes and feels really shy. "I can't help it.
I'm nervous, OK?" says Robin. She looks at Kirsty for some reassurance, as she
is feeling so vulnerable. Kirsty smiles and kisses her lightly and tenderly.
Then Robin whispers, " I want to make mad, tender and passionate love to you!!!
I give me to you, Kirsty." "Robin, I need to ask you something, OK? Robin heart
almost stops in mid heart beat." What is it?" Kirsty says, "Is there anything
you don't want me to do, anything I should stay away from?" Robin is relieved

us. Kirsty nods, totally understanding. Then she says, "This is definitely
going to be an interesting relationship." Smiling they begin kissing and Robin
says, "Forget sleep!!"
