Camp got started and I was right.  She and all the other girls 
are in the grove camps on the other side of the lake.  I don't 
see any way for me to get over there at night without being 
caught, but I am going to give it a try.  Me and Alan both want 
to get across with out getting caught, Alan wants to do it for 
other reasons though.  

We planned our escape for during the midnight staff meeting on 
Thursday.  All but about 4 of the counselors would be gone to 
the meeting at the amphitheater.  The ones that were here 
usually had a little but to drink and because of that, didn't
quite patrol the area.  

We got ready, and after we knew everyone was either in their 
bunks or doing something else, I walked to the bathroom, which 
had an inside door and an outside door, and walked out.  Alan 
was waiting in the bushes.. He started making these rediculous 
noises to let me know.

We walked towards the lake as quietly as possible.  We didn't 
use a flashlight.  Then I realized that I had no plan as to 
getting Anna to where we could talk, or hopefully, do other 
things.  

I started working on my plan.  I would look around in the 
cabins until I saw here sleeping, and then would tiptoe in

any noises that wold wake up the other campers.  We would then

WELL, that is not the way that it happened.  About that time 
we saw a light.  Suddenly a voice called "What are you two

everyone at camp called Ms. Pell.  She told us not to mine, and

said that we had two options.  She could send us to the 
meeting and we would be in trouble with everyone at the camp,

our little secret.  We opted for the secretive method.

She told us to do as we were instructed and not to try to resist

came over for.  Alan told her that he just wanted to see if 
he could do it.  I told her that I was looking for someone so 
we could talk.  She told me to sit down and not to move until 
she came or me.  She took Alan into the woods, and came back 
an hour later, looking exhausted.  Alan left with a strange look 
on his face and ran down the path to his cabin.

She looked straight at me and said, "Well, it's time for your 
punishment.  Follow me."  With that, we walked into the woods.  
As soon as we were out of sight of the trail, she turned off her 
light and asked me who I wanted to see. I told here and she 
asked me when I would try to see Anna again.  She told me to look 
out here in the woods for her next week.  She was doing me a 
favor, and I liked the whole idea up to now.

Suddenly, she told me tat her assistance was not free, and that 
she wanted something in return.  "Like what?" I said.  She then
