General:
This is yet another of the magazine style, erotic art sites that I tend to love so much. Other sites along the same lines include MET Art and MC-Nudes and they are some doosies, so I am just hoping that Watch4Beauty.com knows what they are getting themselves into, as they have some real competition on their hands.
The design of this site is fantastic - it's been put together so well that I just can’t fault it, and as regular readers of my reviews will know, that’s rare for me! The left hand navigation is simple to use, and gives you easy and intuitive access to relevant subsections. The homepage gives you everything that you could want, and has a nice big magazine cover image of the latest set, with smaller previews of some of the other recent sets underneath. The support section is pretty good too, and they have added some movie support to the video pages since we last looked at the site, which is great.
Content:
The content is mostly solo girl, with a few girl on girl sets in the mix for good measure - this is exactly what I was expecting from this site, and I wasn’t at all surprised to see that the content didn’t involve any insertions. Luckily though, the women don’t mind showing all, so don’t be fooled into thinking this is just glamour modelling - on the flip side, don’t think that you are going to get any hardcore action from the girls, as this is all about the poses and fantastic photography.
The girls (or should I say goddesses) available on this site are simply stunning. In fact, that word just doesn’t do them justice (hang on I’ll get the thesaurus) - the models on this site are breathtakingly gorgeous; there we go, much better. I found myself just staring at the girls in awe, and found their poses just captivating. There is a nice mix of unknown girls, and models that most of you will know, such as Sonia Red (my favourite), Zafira and Eve Angel.
You get some great little extras here, including some e-cards to send to your friends and family, (in fact, scratch that - the family might be a bad call, not sure Aunty Mavis would appreciate the content of these cards!). You also get loads of computer wallpapers so that you can put your favourite girl in pride of place, and once you've been a member for six months (not difficult, I assure you!), you'll even get a free 50 page photo book - you might want to refrain from leaving that one on the coffee table though...
There is a forum on the site where members can post any suggestion or thoughts, and as I looked through some of the posts, I could see that the site admin regularly respond to them. This impressed me, and gave the impression that they really listen to what their members want.
Video Section:
I'm pleased to say that the site's video section has been greatly improved since we looked at it last. Previously, the videos were ill cut and badly put together, backed with ridiculously irritating house music - however, they obviously took note of our previous comments, and have calmed down on the craziness significantly! The videos from 2008 onwards are sexy and sensual, backed with chilled out music that compliments what the girls are doing, be it dancing, posing or seductively stripping off. I'm really glad that they changed this section, as it was the only thing letting the site down before - top job!
The movies are available in loads of formats, including WMV, MOV, Flash and iPod/PSP, up to a fantastic resolution of 1280x720. Download speed is also really impressive, although the clips themselves are generally only 2-5 minutes long.
Photo Section:
This is obviously where the Watch4Beauty.com team have put most of their efforts, as not only are all of the photos beautifully lit, composed and posed for, but they're also available in no less than 3 amazing resolutions. These resolutions are 1200px, 2000px and an impressive 5616px. With the 5616px photos you can see every little detail, and although they are a little on the unwieldy size and wouldn’t be my resolution of choice for day to day viewing, it is nice to have this super high-res option for when you want some real close up action.
Watch4Beauty give you the option of downloading .zip files in all of the above resolutions, which is something we are quite used to seeing now - one thing that I haven’t seen before, however, is the option of downloading the photos in a PDF document. This means that all of the photos are contained within one file and you can easily scroll, zoom and, of course, save them discreetly!
There are currently 42,557 photos on offer, and they also upload a new issue every other day, which for an erotic art style site is fairly impressive!
